- You have a 15-years old boiler or no existing boiler.
- Must have a gas connection to get a free boiler.
- Should not have a gas metre to get a free heat pump.

Launched in 2013, the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme has helped reduce energy bills, and cut greenhouse gas emission in the UK. To achieve it, free boilers, heat pumps, radiators, and solar panels in addition to free insulation are installed to make each home energy efficient.
